Shipping Policy

Restock Days are on a Sunday at 12 Noon.
 
All orders are baked and packed on the Tuesday and Wednesday and shipped first class via Royal Mail on a Thursday to ensure freshness. 
 
Please ensure that your orders are received on 
Thursday for Friday dispatch.
 
In most cases they will arrive the next day but please allow 2 days for delivery ready for your weekend treat!

Each item is individually wrapped and will keep fresh for up to 7 days unopened.

As our sweet treats are deep filled, loaded and luxurious (not these thin 'letterbox' brownies!) we are unable to send as letterbox parcels and advise that somebody be able to take delivery.

For orders you place with us, delivery is via Royal Mail and is £3.99 for next day Tracked Delivery.

That being said, Eaton Patisserie does not hold responsibility should deliveries be missed.

Personal delivery for all items, particularly if larger or more fragile, is available throughout Wirral & Merseyside for a small fee depending on the distance.

Collection from Eaton Patisserie, Spital, Wirral (via prior arrangement) is free.
